RETURN POLICY:
All returns of Creworks products must be approved in advance by Creworks' customer support team. Refunds may be subject to a shipping and restocking fee deducted from the item’s total regular purchase price. Any estimated shipping and restocking fee quoted upon return approval is subject to change after inspection.
Save the original shipping crate and accompanying packing materials, as customers are responsible for the cost of any return shipping materials.
Orders that are canceled by the customer after being shipped out from our warehouses are also subject to this return policy and any shipping or restocking fees, even if delivery is not completed at the time of cancellation.
Return Policy for Manufacturer Defects:
The following policy applies only to the return of Creworks products that have major manufacturer defects or damages upon delivery to the shipping address. For any defects or damages that occur after the delivery, refer to our separate warranty policy. Major defects are defined as defects or damages that negatively affect the machine’s performance.
A product with major manufacturing defects may be returned to Creworks only with the prior approval of their customer support team within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price, pending inspection. Upon inspection, if the item/part is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, and/or misuse/abuse, the item will be subject to the Return Policy for Products Without Manufacturer Defects.
- Creworks will not accept items returned without their prior approval.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for return.
- Your item must be in the original packaging and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.
- To return any product, clients must email our Customer Service Department prior to shipping for approval. Due to freight costs, we will not issue any refund for un-approved returned shipments.
- Creworks is not responsible for any auxiliary expenses, including moving expenses, incurred with the shipment or return of our products.
- Returns and refunds can not be issued for equipment that is leased or financed due to leasing company terms. We can, however, issue an exchange if the customer agrees to pay all related shipping costs.
Return Policy for Products Without Manufacturer Defects:
The following policy applies only to the return of Creworks products delivered to the shipping address free from any major manufacturer defects and in proper working order.
A non-defective product may be returned to Creworks within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price minus a variable shipping and restocking fee pending inspection with the following amendments/fees:
- Creworks will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the return.
- To cover costs associated with return shipping, handling, and prospective resale, a standard shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount determined by the condition of returned items upon Creworks' inspection.
- For items returned in new and perfect condition, a shipping and restocking fee of no greater than 15% of the item’s total regular purchase price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- For items returned in complete working order but otherwise, in used and imperfect condition, a shipping and restocking fee no greater than 30% of the item’s total regular purchase price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- For items returned in complete working order but otherwise modified with aftermarket components, a shipping and restocking fee no greater than 45% of the item’s total regular purchase price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Items returned in incomplete working order, items returned in inoperable condition due to damages or modifications caused by the customer, or items returned with aftermarket modifications that negatively affect the machine’s performance WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED.
- No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.
- To return any product, clients must email our Customer Service Department prior to shipping for approval. Due to freight costs, we will not issue any refund for un-approved returned shipments.
- Creworks is not responsible for any moving expenses incurred with the shipment or return of our products.

REFUNDS
Due to the underwriters’ leasing terms, we are unable to issue refunds or returns for equipment leased or financed but, can rather issue an exchange if the customer agrees to pay all related shipping costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a number of days depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounts (if applicable)
No discounts can be applied retroactively after a purchase is made. It is very important to contact our customer support for any discount issues or questions prior to placing an order.
*Discounts, sales, and promotions are not applicable through financed machines.
Sale items (if applicable)
Items bought on sale with discount codes or promotional coupons will be refunded for the purchase amount.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount, if applicable. Save the original shipping crate and accompanying packing materials, as customers are responsible for the cost of any return shipping materials. Shipping time on exchanged products will vary depending on the destination.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
